FLOR DE ALCACHOFA CON GAMBAS AL AJILLO

ARTICHOKE FLOWER WITH GARLIC PRAWNS

INGREDIENTS:

  • large artichoke flower
  • 600g of prawns
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • chopped parsley to taste
  • freshly ground pepper
  • Salt

Defrost our artichoke flower tray at room temperature. Meanwhile, prepare the prawns and the garlic sauce. Chop the garlic cloves and the parsley, and in a pan pour olive oil and the finely chopped mixture. Next, season the prawns with salt and pepper and add them to the pan, letting them cook for 5 minutes over low heat. Preserve the garlic prawns and seal the artichokes. To do this, remove from the tray and place in a pan with oil, pressing a little on the flower so that it is flattened. Cook on both sides and plate as in the photo
