Can I make a gift order?
Of course! We love knowing that giving sensory experiences seems like an idea to you too. And doing so will only take you 4 steps:
1- Add to the cart the products that you think you might like the most.
2- Write your message in the section where it says Leave your dedication here!
3- Add the address of the person to whom you are going to send it.
4- Wait 24-48h for that person to call you excited about the box they just received.
Is there a minimum order?
We do not have a minimum order, however shipping costs will be free if you exceed €40.
Can I place my order without being registered on the web?
Of course! But if you are a foodie, we recommend you register on our website.
An account in Riscales Alimentación will offer you many advantages, you will be able to access your personal area, modify personal data and you will also have access to exclusive discounts.
Can I place an order by phone?
The order must be made through our website, however we can help you in the process.

How can I enter a discount coupon?
You must apply the discount before finalizing your order , on the payment screen.
Can I request the invoice for my order?
Yes, you can request your invoice by contacting us by email at info@riscalesalimentacion.com .
Do not forget to send us your tax information (name, CIF/DNI and full address)!
